Musician Bobby Walker needs a some help from his friends and fans as he faces down throat cancer and undergoes extensive chemo therapy treatments. The recovery period will be somewhat lengthy and require him to rest and recover, requiring him to rest and take a break from all performing, which is and has been his way of life and vocation for well over 40 years.

Bobby got his musical start in Detroit,MI, then spent many years living and performing in various areas of the USA including Denver, CO, Dallas, TX and in the Napa Valley area of California. He has entertained audiences both as the front man of his own band, and on his multiple album releases, also as an international touring drummer with many of the greatest performers on the roots and R&B scene today. His charm and kindness has touched the lives of music lovers all over the world.

Please give what you can and support him with daily prayer and warm thoughts as he fights to get well and beat cancer. He has adequate health insurance which will provide him with the quality care he needs, and needs right away. However, there are extensive co pay fees associated with this level of treatment and loss of gainful employment performing during a lengthy healing process.
