I would like to take this opportunity to introduce you to our myself, I am Troy II, devoted father of two, husband, team owner and driver of the #22 Outlaw Figure 8. Butler Racing is a family owned/operated racing team. Our family and friends are our pit crew, public relations team, photographers, fan club leaders and whatever else we need to be for our team to be successful! I began my racing career at 8 years old, as an owner/operator May 21st, 1999. I started by obtaining my Mini Stock Race Car Driving Certification, Chassis Technology Certification and Tri-State Mini Stock Car Racing Association License. Starting half way into the season I won 5th place in my very first race in the division!
I continued my racing career moving up through the divisions, the Golden West Tire Speed Truck Division, Street Stock Figure 8, Late Model Division and the Outlaw Figure 8 Division at multiple tracks including the San Bernardino Orange Show Speedway, Cajon Speedway, Irwindale Speedway and Willow Springs Speedway, with personal appearances including LA Auto Expo, California Speedway, Victory Outreach Church and various other sponsor/charity events.
I am the Orange Show Speedway, 2016 Outlaw Figure 8 Rookie of the Year and the Orange Show Speedway, 2016 Outlaw Figure 8 Division Champion! In the 2018 season, I will be racing in the West Coast Figure 8 Series, Open Competition Division, the West Coast Figure 8 Championship, the Indianapolis Speedrome and Washington Evergreen Speedway!
Butler Racing is accepting donations for the 2018 racing season. Butler Racing appreciates all of our donors! Donations can be made in a variety of ways: The following are some of the options chosen by our donors:
· Monetary donations
· Store credit
· New equipment or uniforms
· Track practice time
· Tools
· Automotive parts and equipment
· Metal
· Food, bottled water, Gatorade
· Hotel accommodations for out of town races
· And/or any other form of donations to further the success of the driver and Team
Butler Racing is pursuing Sponsors for the 2018 racing season. Annual Sponsor Level Amounts**:
1. Copper $100/ up to $999
2. Bronze $1000 / up to $2999
3. Silver $3000 / up to $3999
4. Gold $4000 / up to $4999
5. Platinum $5000 and larger donations
**Sponsor Level Agreement Amounts can be paid in full or you may select to negotiate a monthly billing option.
Sponsorship donations are utilized to purchase safety equipment, tires, fuel, uniforms, race car parts, repairs, license/entry fees, operation/travel expenses, promotional/fan appreciation gifts, appearance materials and items strictly related to the safety, operation and success of the Team. Please refer to the enclosed 2018 estimated racing budget for further details.
Butler Racing is seeking businesses who want an opportunity to purchase 24/7 mobile Real Estate Exposure advertising for the 2018 race season on our Tow Vehicle and Race Trailer throughout the Inland Empire and beyond! All Real Estate Exposure transactions are negotiated and fulfilled through Butler Racing Custom Graphic Designs; Real Estate Exposure sizes, prices and placement are based on the Exposure Level purchased. Billings for Real Estate Exposure are due and payable in full prior to placement on the Tow Vehicle and/or Race Trailer.
Butler Racing appreciates all our Sponsors! Sponsors are highly acknowledged at all events to give them the highest amount of advertising exposure possible! In appreciation of your Sponsorship, your company will receive a token of appreciation/acknowledging your donation to proudly display at your place of business as well as graphics placed on the race cars and pit set up board. If you have company graphics these can be utilized, if not we will ask our graphic designer to draw up a design for your approval. Your business will be listed on the driver’s bios utilized by all track announcers during race season as well as any promotional and/or appearance events.
Advertising cards, magnets, key chains, T-Shirts, flyers provided by your business can be handed out by the driver and crew to fans at racing and publicity events to promote your business. Your business name and a link to your business web site, if available will appear on the Butler Racing Facebook and Web Site for additional advertising exposure.
Local appearances/autograph sessions can be scheduled with a 15 business day advance notice for special events such as company picnics, store openings, community events etc. to help promote your business provided they do not conflict with the driver’s schedule.
