Classix Crew USA Dance Competition

WHO WE ARE:
Known as the “Classix Crew!”
This dynamic dance group is  composed of talented dancers, currently ranging in age from 50-74, who are entertaining the masses all over the country, while generating excitement for other seniors to get involved in dance, exercise and achieve a healthy, active lifestyle! Many of the members are cancer survivors, some have overcome weight struggles, diabetes, various surgeries, another conquered a 50 year smoking addiction, and many others have now discovered dance as physical and mental therapy. They are truly an inspiration to all ages, and it is obvious this team truly believes that there are No Limits to what they can do!

WHAT WE DO: 
 This team practices hard at rehearsals each week, & they perform frequently at a wide range of events, conventions and festivals, and also various professional sporting games, such as the Atlanta Hawks games. They were featured in the #1 music video of the year, Silento's "Watch Me Whip/Nae Nae, and have also filmed music videos with Migos and Grammy Award winners, Macklemore and Ryan Lewis. They also were recently featured on ABC’s primetime show “Dance Battle America.”

OUR GOAL: 
Needless to say, this isn't your typical group of senior adults. The Classix Crew strives to reach new boundaries, and achieve greatness.. so THEY'RE TAKING A HUGE LEAP, AND ARE COMPETING THIS AUGUST IN THE LARGEST HIP HOP COMPETITION IN THE WORLD!
Hip Hop International will be held in Las Vegas August 5-8, and they need your help to get there!

YOU CAN HELP MAKE DREAMS COME TRUE: 
The Classix Crew will be representing the USA as a MegaCrew  in the Hip Hop International Dance Competition, and will have 30 dancers competing. 
Each dancer will incur their own travel expenses, including air, hotel, ground transportation, competition fees and uniforms. With all of that taken into consideration, each dancer will be responsible for approximately $750, which is the goal of this GoFundMe Page. With your help, it would take the stress off of the financial aspect of this huge undertaking, and the crew can rest assured that people support this mission and goal. 
Your contribution will go directly to our company, Classix Dance Productions, LLC, and will be distributed evenly between each dancer participating in the competition.

Your support means more than you can imagine. These dancers are making sacrifices to be in this competition. Some have multiple jobs, and are are also supporting other family members. Life may get tough, and finances are tough, but they will do whatever it takes to accomplish this goal. Dancing is what inspires this group, but in turn, they are truly inspirational to all ages, and it's going to be a beautiful thing when it's displayed on the largest competition stage in America.
