DJ Pophal Benefit

DJ Pophal has a rare form of cancer know as Adnoid Cystic Carcinoma. It is a cancer that settles in the nervous system. Two years ago at age 43 a lump was discovered on the right side of his neck. In order to remove the cancer they were forced to take out two nerves which has left part of the right side of his face and neck with no feeling. He endured four weeks of  radiation and in the end was declared cancer free!
Earlier this year DJ found out that the cancer had moved to his brain settling behind his left eye.   He was sent to Rochester on February 1st, but Doctors could not surgically remove the mass since it is intertwined around nerves. The next step will be radiation, but we do not know what the outcome will be. He currently cannot see through his left eye, has migraines and double vision. He is unable to work at this time.
DJ has been happily married for 15 years to Kelly (Bauer) Pophal and they have two daughters, Emily 13 and Kailyn 9. They currently live in Durand. Please help to support DJ and his family as they fight this second , and hopefully last, battle with cancer.  Any support is greatly appreciated!
