David V. Neily Search Fund

Our family is trying to raise money to hire a PI to find our dad, David V. Neily who has been missing since 2006. He was last seen in Westport, CA.

Somebody knows something. It will be  10 long years this April and our family needs closure. His case has been cold far too long.
