My name is Dean Colfax. I am an amateur competitive bodybuilder and personal fitness trainer who has been competing and training successfully for almost two decades. I recently started a Youtube channel under my name for the purpose of freely passing on the years of knowledge and experience I have where it concerns issues involving weight management, personal fitness, strength training and competitive training for physique oriented contests. It is, however, time consuming, difficult work to provide the quality videos of those years of experience demonstrating and discussing the path to personal fitness. I am  offering personal consultations either by phone, or on Skype, to assist and facilitate your individual goals to transforming your body for personal satisfaction or competitive gains. Any donation of $30 will receive a 30 minute Skype consultation where any and all questions related to fitness, nutrition or personal goals will be addressed. Personal requests for video content will be accepted and produced with donations which would enable me to commit the time and effort necessary to produce them. If you have watched and benefited from my previous videos any donation would be greatly appreciated and I will acknowledge them with credits at the end of any new productions posted. My sincere gratitude to anyone who can provide the means to continue to create these free useful, informative fitness oriented videos to help men and women, young and old, to reach their fitness goals through strength training and diet. I hope to create a website with the funds as well to offer multiple services for individuals who, like many of us in the fitness field, are constantly striving to improve body, mind and soul.
