As of January 1, 2017, Eric Aldape #7519 is on no-dispatch for 1 year for the cartoon he put on his August 14, 2016, flier about the Walking Boss shape-up for on-the-job Foreman upgrades being conducted by some Local 94 Bosses.


Eric was working a non-PMA job at the SIM Rail Ramp in the Port of Tacoma until January 20, 2017, when Local 23 Business Agent, Dave Basher, told Eric he had been put on no-dispatch to the SIM.

Local 94 President, Danny Miranda, some Local 13 Officers, and some of the International Officers, are out to destroy Eric and his family, becasue they do not like his shape-up cartoon.

In response to Local 23's refusal to dispatch Eric on Friday January 20, 2017, NLRB charges have been filed against both Local 23 and PMA, who wrote the letter used to stop Eric from working at the SIM.
