With her private owned cheer organization, Explosive All Star Cheer, Patrice Ables Vance, has traveled with over 25 cheer girls who have special needs themselves, ages ranging from 7 - 34 years old.
With her All Star Special Needs team, known as Dazzle, Ms. Ables Vance has taken them from local cheer competitions to Nationals in Las Vegas. Additionally in 2015, the Explosive All Star Dazzles were invited to cheer and participate in the Toyota Torch Run in Torrance, CA, the Los Angeles Special Olympic World Games, worked the Cheer for LA booths both at USC & UCLA Festivals, United Way HomeWalk representing Team Southern California Gas Company, the Manhattan Beach Senior Citizens Resources Committee 10th Anniversary Celebrations, the 2016 Autism Walk at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena and many other community and social events.
The inspirational and exceptional Dazzle Cheer Team has received yet another invitation from the Olympics Games Commission (GOC) to cheer in the Special Olympics (SO Cheer) World Games in Seattle, Washington (Sunday, July 1st - Friday, July 6th) concluding with the 50th Annivesary celebratory games and individual team competitions hosted in Chicago Illinois (Monday, July 17th - Friday, July 21st)
during the summer of 2018.
Your donations of any amount will assist Patrice with giving Dazzle the opportunity to travel and have experiences that will last a lifetime.
Donations received will go toward purchases of the team and coaching staff's uniforms, T-shirts, Warm-ups and accessories, round-trip airfare to both Seattle and Chicago games, lodging, food & beverages, ground transportation expenses to and from each event, activities, outings, extended gym usage in preparation for the events and other related expenses.
