Grand Gentlemen Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization based in Oklahoma City dedicated to developing young Black men into disciplined, educated, confident leaders. We exist to provide mentorship, leadership training, college and career development, financial literacy, and character-building experiences that prepare young men to thrive.

For 11 years, we’ve helped youth stay focused on education, professionalism, and positive identity instead of the streets, emotional instability, or negative influences. We don’t preach excuses — we teach discipline, preparation, responsibility, and self-determination.

Our purpose is simple:

THE EMPOWERMENT IN ACTION PROJECT

The Empowerment in Action Project is our year-round initiative that provides young men with the tools, support, and experiences they need to succeed academically, professionally, financially, and socially.

This project combines education, mentorship, leadership development, skill-building workshops, scholarship access, and positive cultural identity into a structured program that transforms lives.

Empowerment in Action delivers real results — helping young men move from uncertainty and lack of direction to confidence, opportunities, internships, employment, networking, and lifelong discipline.

PROGRAMS UNDER EMPOWERMENT IN ACTION

•The Leadership Summit

A high-energy youth leadership event focused on workforce readiness, communication, career exploration, entrepreneurship, and financial literacy.

•The Gentleman’s Code Program (Ages 13–18)

Developing discipline, purpose, emotional maturity, decision-making, responsibility, social intelligence, and personal accountability.

•The Junior Gents Academy (Ages 6–12)

Early leadership and character development through mentoring, reading, life-skills, and confidence-building.

•Suit the City – Professional Suit Initiative

Providing professional attire, grooming guidance, and interview prep — helping students show up like they belong, with the confidence and presentation of leaders.

•Scholarships & Educational Support

Supporting students entering college, trades, workforce programs, or internships — ensuring that finances never block opportunity.

•School Partnerships & Workshops

Leadership, financial literacy, professionalism, culture, study skills, etiquette, and emotional discipline delivered directly in local schools.

•Mentorship, Tutoring, and Academic Support

Pairing youth with mentors, offering tutoring sessions, goal-setting help, decision-making guidance, and lifelong support.

•Seasonal Community Engagement

Back-to-school support, coat drives, comic-book giveaways, youth conferences, and structured cultural events that bring community together.
