Panthers Jr. Olympic Highlights

Seven year old Sky Arnold Brown 1500m Olympic medalist.

Goulds Panthers Track Club did not reach their goal of raising five thousand dollars for their team to travel to the 2016 Junior Olympics Games, which were held in  Houston, Texas.  However, it did not stop those who attended from giving outsanding performances.

Sky Arnold Brown, the seven year old 800 & 1500m Panther runner, was determined to be a medalist at this year's games. After failing in the 800 meters Sky felt she did not do her best, and said she would do better in the 1500 meters. Sky competed in the eight and under division and finished third in the 1500m with a time of 5:55.21 bringing home a bronze medal.

The Junior Olympic Games will be held in Michigan next year and Sky will be a contender for the gold and the record in the 1500 meters race.

We thank you for your donations and look forward to your continued support next year.

God bless you and thank you for investing in the Goulds Panthers Track Club.
