Greenhouse for Inuit Community

I am the high school teacher at Inuksuit School in the remote Inuit community of Qikiqtarjuaq, Nunavut, pop. 500. Food prices in Nunavut are exorbitant. With $5500 I will purchase an 8' x 12' greenhouse and have it shipped here this spring from Ottawa to begin planting in June.
The goal is to allow my students the opportunity to gain the skills needed to grow their own fruit and vegetables. The medium-term goal I have in mind, contingent on community support, is to help Qikiqtarjuaq secure federal and territorial funding for a larger community greenhouse that might supply fresh produce to the whole community for just the cost of greenhouse upkeep.
