Light The Way

Howdy Friends of HIS Haven Ranch! We have an awesome opportunity for you to sow into the ranch called "Light The Way" project.
We are running electricity down to the arena and need to raise $6,000 for the project.
The description of the project is:
MVEC is bringing main electrical service to the arena grounds. This includes a transformer and electrical board. Also, wiring will be installed between the Gazebo and the Big Swede Tack Building. Eventually, it will also provide electrical service to the indoor barn arena & outdoor arena lights.
The problem:
-we are limited in running our program only during daylight hours
-our tack building has no electricity so therefore also limited usage by daylight hours
-for events we have been using generators for the caterer
-for events we have been using generators for the microphones and speakers
-we will need electricity for future growth ie. indoor riding arena and stable
-we will need electricity to run a future well and septic system
Having electricy will greatly impact the amount of people we can help and will also provide security and safety by illuminating the grounds and surrounding area.
Ministry Vision of HIS Haven Ranch:
To offer riding opportunities to children, youth and adults whom:
•Are emotionally vulnerable
•Are lonely, hurting or need a loving mentor
•Have been abused physically or emotionally
We are a faith-based, non-profit discipleship and horsemanship program located in LeSueur County, Minnesota. HIS Haven Ranch provides a place for individuals aged 5 on up who are going through a rough patch in life to come for one-on-one mentoring free of charge. It is our desire to come alongside each rider and teach them life lessons from the back of a horse.
