The HAMventures, Inc, non-profit 501(c)3 Club is organized solely for the purpose of promoting amateur radio, AKA ham radio.
Our primary goal is to support Radio Scouting for the Boy Scouts, Ham Radio at Philmont Scout Ranch, Cimarron, NM by providing demonstrations, education and information for any scouting ham radio activity.
We will participate in any event which includes radio communications such as GOTA (Get on the Air), JOTA (Jamboree on the Air) utilizing all the possible radio modes, including voice, PSK, FT8, Winlink, Echolink, DStar and monitoring satellite and digital technologies. Sometimes we use the internet with PC's, smart phones and tablets with different software applications to communicate not only during these events but also when assisting other clubs, ARES, RACES, Red Cross, etc. during emergencies. All donations collected are used to purchase any ham radio related equipment, accessories, signs, banners, QSL cards, etc., and for any services necessary to promote ham radio. These donations are not collected and donated to the Boy Scouts or other organizations or donations are not used to pay any HAMVentures, Inc. officers.
We will assist any organization or radio club to promote ham radio field day which is held the last weekend in June every year and needs our support to help with Radio Scouting.

BASIC Schedule ---> 2019 Summer July 22 - August 2. during the World Wide Scout Jamboree. Setup July 20 & 21 for testing.
We will operate in sync with the World Jamboree as much as possible. Each day at approx. 3PM MT we will swing our beam and antennas towards the Dallas area or other areas to communicate with anyone world wide. Our Basic operation times are 8AM MT to 5PM MT.
