Send JOY to Kyiv

JOY 94.9 is Australia's only LGBTI radio station. It's one of Melbourne's most popular community radio stations. It's probably also the only Australian radio station that is Eurovision crazy.

We love Eurovision. And we love having someone there to cover the spectacle of it all.

JOY went to Malmö...

and Vienna...

and now we want to go to Kyiv. But we need your help getting one of our volunteers there.

Can you contribute something to allow Michael to go to Kyiv and represent JOYEurovision  as Australia tries to top its 2nd place in 2016?

What will your donation be used for?

Your donation will help pay for flights and accommodation.

Any money raised over the target will be used to purchase a portable microphone and live broadcast camera.

Extra money raised will be donated to JOY.

Why Eurovision?

JOY 94.9 has been covering the Eurovision Song Contest in various ways since 2008 with Andy & Hikaru's The Full Catastrophe, to the birth of JOYEurovision in 2011.

We've previewed, partied and celebrated for years!

And we went all out in 2013 when Michael became JOY's first accredited representative in Malmo.
