Jackson Conn's Dance fund

Hi! My name is Jackson Conn.  I love to dance, I have for as long as I can remember.  I took ballet, jazz, tap, african and ballroom dancing all through my childhood.  I am now 16 years old and my love of dance continues to grow as well as nourish me.  I attend Grant High School in Portland Oregon. I also dance at BodyVox in their JAG program. This summer I hope to expand my horizons by attending the Alvin Ailey School of Dance-Young Professional Summer Intensive. This will be an excellent experience for me, and provide intense, invaluable training. I don't have enough  money to pay for the tuition, housing, and travel costs on my own. I am working to earn money as much as I can despite a very demanding schedule.  But, without help, I won't be able to afford it.  So this is my appeal for your financial support.  Please donate as much as you can, every penny counts. I plan on majoring in dance in college. This experience would be an important part of my résumé when applying for colleges like the Boston Conservatory or even Julliard. Thank you for anything you are able to donate to further my growth and training.

My goal is $9000.  Tuition is $2835.  On site housing, food, laundry, required attire $4820.  Travel flights and shuttles approx $1250.
