Rest In Peace Jossie Ruiz

My sister Jossie Ruiz was murdered Saturday, June 16, 2018. Jossie was only 21 years old and the only sister/daughter we had. She was such a bright beautiful girl with so many goals ahead of her she couldn’t accomplish.
