Karmic Cat Animal Sanctuary
I’ve been in the business of animal rescue, in one way or another, all of my life. I believe that, caring for these creatures is a big part of why I was put here. Karmic Cat Animal Sanctuary began around 2002 in Ozark, Mo.. we're now located in Wasola, Mo. For years I’ve done it all myself with no help from shelters or any other organizations etc.. They always had so much to take care of themselves. Luckily I have experience as a Vet. Tech. and have been a working herbalist since 1988. I grow and ethically wildcraft most of what I need. But, there are times when a Veterinarian is needed and so, I’m asking for help.
We need donations for spaying and neutering as well as occasional surgeries etc. and kennels as needed. All funds will go directly to the animals. I try very hard to find homes for the ones who are able to go to Real Homes, but some will just live out their lives here.
We’re nothing fancy, just a little homestead in the country. I’m not a certified rescue but I may look into being certified. I honestly didn’t want to continue but as long as people keep dumping their unwanted animals, I have no choice. I am not capable of turning them away.

With or without help, I will continue trying to save these little lives and give them safe haven. But any help at all would be greatly appreciated.
