This is Kasey Bozell.  She was born December 19, 2014 to Kyle and Sarah Bozell.  Everything seemed fine at the time of birth. The pediatrician came in to check her out and heard a heart murmur, but thought it would clear up.  The pediatrician came back on December 20, 2014, still heard the murmur and decided to do an echo.  Later that day the results came back and told them that she had Severe Aortic Stenos and she was gong to be transferred to Peyton Manning Children's Hospital in Indianapolis on December 22, 2014.  Kasey had a balloon cath done to help the narrowing of her valve on December 23 and everything went great.  Kasey was released from Peyton Manning on Dec 26, 2014.  Kyle and Sarah took Kasey to the doctor on January 6, 2015 because she was breathing pretty fast and hard.  They were sent back to Peyton Manning for possible RSV. Doctors wanted to do an echo on her heart, just to make sure their were no complications.  They came back and said that her heart looked great.  However, Kasey was put on oxygen to help her breath easier but wasn't getting any better after a week, so they did another echo.  This time the results showed it was her heart and she needed open heart surgery because her aortic valve was narrowing to where it was at birth.  Kasey had open heart surgery January 20th at just a month old, but everything went great.  She was put on a ventilator to help her breath and take some of the stress off of her little body.  She started to sound congested and the doctors decided to do some more test to make sure her heart wasn't leaking.  They found out she had RSV, then a couple of days later Kasey tested positive for Paraflu 3.  She is still on the ventilator, partially because it is taking her longer to get over all these viruses.  So all together they had her home 11 days and she has been in the hospital for over four weeks and they still don't know when she will get to go home.  Kyle and Sarah have been by Kasey's side night and day since she went into the hospital and hate to leave her side just to get something to eat.  We all know that there will be expenses that their insurance will not cover as well as other miscellaneous expenses like food, gas, and missed wages.  I am setting up this account in hopes that we can all chip in and help Kyle, Sarah and Kasey with whatever they need.  No matter how big or small your donation is, I know that Kyle and Sarah will be forever grateful.
