Kelly Family's Emergency fund

I'm "OGKaren" from Sespe and I've been out of work (save for a few small freelance jobs) since the raid. Didn't expect it to take this long for Sespe to re-open, and things have gotten particulary grim lately. My adult son has finally found a job, but things are reaching a crisis stage at the moment. 

The (extension) on the electricity bill was due two days ago, and phone service will be the next to go. I'm all out of other options, and I feel just awful about this. So, with my apologies, I humbly request your help.
