ABOUT OUR CAUSE: Please help!! Let's save the animals that Lenita worked so hard to rescue, now let's rescue her while she battles cancer. Lenita Erickson is battling carcinoid syndrome cancer. 1 in 3 million people are diagnosed with this and it doesn't respond to chemo or radiation at all. Her loving and kind heart puts everyone else first. She is a stubborn, single woman that will not leave her ranch ,due to constant care for her rescued animals. Despite how famous Lenita is with her amazing rockstar voice Lenita needs Everyones help. She is a HUGE animal lover to the 10th power. She has personally rescued 7 abused and malnourished horses all out of her own pocket, along with 3 dogs and she also rescued 2 poached baby bobcats and hand raised them. They are 2 years old and full grown Bobcats. Lenita nursed all the animals and saved their lives without asking anyone for a dime . The horses are doing amazing and extremley healthy. We are asking you folks across the country to please donate for the money needed to hire professional ranch hands and take care of her babies while she gets her treatment, and while she is in recovery.
HOW THE DONATION MONEY WILL BE USED: All of your heartfelt donations will be used to help with Hiring full time professional ranch hands during her recovery. And while she is in and out of the hospital. She won't go to the hospital unless she is confident she has the right staff. Plus general upkeep and medical attention if needed for the Animals. The family and friends will cover the rest. The selected staff will relieve Lenita so she can go to Loma Linda Hospital. All prayers and help are appreciated and much needed. God knows we need more people like her paying it forward to these beautiful creatures.
