About Miss Mississippi High School America 2014:
Alexis Leigh Carter is 17 years old and is a homeschooled junior. She is the daughter of Keith W. Carter and Jennifer Carter; she has twin brothers, Keith Carter, II and Keith Carter, III. Alexis enjoys being a Southern Girl from Mississippi; she loves the beach, local seafood and the outdoors. Alexis loves to shop and is addicted to trying on Pageant Gowns!
Alexis' personal platform is Dyslexia Awareness and Testing. She is very active within the community, volunteering her time across the Great State of Mississippi. In her reign as Miss Mississippi High School America, she has already had over 50 appearances since August 10; participating in numerous fund raising activities for charities and speaking about her new platform.

The Crown C.A.R.E.S. goal is promoting awareness and teaching tolerance for a safe and bully free environment to School-Age Children, Youth and Teens.
She is available to come to your school or event and speak on bullying prevention or to volunteer her time to help you make your project a total success.
In Closing:
All of the travel expenses she incurs are covered by donations.
She will will be competing for over $20,000.00 in scholarships and prizes at the National Pageant!!! The National Pageant will be held at the Beautiful Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort July 5-6, 2014.
