Maggie's health fund

Hello. This is Maggie.  She is over eight years old.  She needs veterinary care.  
I am over sixty and live in a retirement center.  She is the only dog in the center.  She is friendly with all the older residents and they love to pet her and spoil her.  She keeps her human busy by taking him to the garden three times a day, where she chases squirrels but never catches one.  
I am aware that there are so many more important causes here. Though she needs her shots and exam and heart worm medicine now. That is about 250.00. And is needed now. She has no family or friends on Facebook, so there are very few shares. She is a typical terrier mix, active but still a lap dog.  There is some slight arthritis though at her age she needs some money set aside for emergencies.  This fund was set up after she had a seizure at Christmas.  

Maggie was rescued from highway 49 where she had been abandoned.  She was sneaking onto the road from brush probably to find food.  The vet said it was a miracle she had survived so long at such a young age.  She is now a typical terrier mix.  She has not been to a veterinarian in over four years. She needs your help. 
I have always said that Maggie rescued me, I did not rescue her.
