Medal of Freedom for The Beach Boys

A nationwide campaign is underway to nominate The Beach Boys for our nation's highest civilian honor, The Medal of Freedom.



We have 30 days (8.19.17 - 9.18.17) to secure 100,000 petition signatures, and we could use your help in accomplishing this goal. We hope to place campaign ads in major newspapers and internet sites across the country, but this costs money.

Given that we are a grassroots campaign we seek small donations of $5 or $10. 95% of the money raised will go directly towards purchasing ads. 5% will be used for the payment of staff. The committee receives no financial compensation. Any residual funds that might be left over at the end of the campaign will be donated to The Carl Wilson Foundation. Our goal is to raise $100,000. Together our voices will be heard.
