Long recovery time

My sister Melissa had a near fatal health scare. She had a hemangioma of the liver. It is a mass of blood vessels that form. A lot of people are born with them and they never cause any problems. Sometimes mainly in women, they feed on estrogen and will start to grow. Can be fatal if they become to large and consume the liver or if they burst. Which is what hers did. She had to have 60% of her liver removed. The liver is the only organ that can regenerate. She has several months of being out of work. It's a miracle she's alive.
Her biggest worry has been how am I going to pay for this. She would never ask for help! The one thing I can do to help ease that burden is set this up. Please help in any way you can. Nothing is too small.
