Remembering Michael Davila, Jr.
Donation protected
On Wednesday, March 18, 2015, Michael Davila, Jr, age 20, was on an outing with his friends and slipped into the churning waters of Ohiopyle State Park in Pennsylvania. His body has yet to be recovered.
Michael was a special young man who was loved by many. He had a generous heart, a zest for life and a smile that could melt hearts. He was the light of his parents' lives and his mother's only child. The family is trying to find a way to cope with this tragic loss.
Michael was bright and charming and outgoing. He enjoyed playing and watching baseball early in life. In middle and high school he excelled in school theatre and academics. He was a force of nature from early on. Anyone who knew him was completely charmed by him.
His family was unprepared, both emotionally and financially, for such a shocking loss. If you knew Michael or his family and are looking for a way to assist the family with this heavy burden, this fund will go directly to the family to help defray those costs. Your generosity is appreciated at this most difficult time.
