Nancy Stohlman Accident Fund

As many of you know, our darling Nancy Stohlman was in a head-on collision on Friday, May 20th, and she has suffered some very serious injuries—a collapsed lung, six broken ribs, a broken elbow, glass damage, etc. She was hit going 60 miles per hour by a man who recklessly sped across the median on E-470, and the EMTs who pulled her out of her car said it was a miracle that she even survived such an accident, let alone wasn't paralyzed or worse. We are all so incredibly grateful that she did because we can't imagine a world without her brilliant and beautiful light. Nancy has inspired so many of us with her incomparable radiance, motivation, artistic and professional prowess, insight, and leadership, and now it is time for us to band together for her.

Because of her injuries, Nancy has had to give up the class she was supposed to teach this summer, which means she will have a few thousand dollars less than she was counting on to take care of herself and her two children until she is healed enough to teach again in the fall. I created this fundraising page with the goal of getting her enough money to make up for the class she was going to teach and give her the financial stability to not have to worry about anything but healing herself this summer. Anything at all that you can donate will be greatly appreciated.

We are hoping that her hospital stay and medical expenses will be paid by the insurance of the man who hit her, but I will increase this fundraiser goal if we find out anything is not covered. It will be a long process, but we will all work together to make sure Nancy gets everything she needs to come out the other side stronger than ever.

We love you so much, Nancy, and we are here to support you and take care of you just like you have been taking care of all of us for so long.
