This page is being created to assist Will Barnard in paying for legal fees associated with a house he purchased in southern CA. Will's journey started in 2011 when he purchased a home with the intention of renovating it reselling it.
Shortly after purchasing the home Will started trying to get the occupants out of the house. They had no legal claim and were not renters.
During numerous court hearings the "Occupants from Hell" have used every legal trick in the book to stay in this house. Now over 5 years later, the saga is still ongoing.
