PINK OUT for Barbie
Barbie Barnes is a twenty-eight-year-old Hughesville resident who is currently battling stage 2A breast cancer. She's a wife and also the mother to their three-year-old son, Sammy. Barbie is an alumni of Clarion University with a bachelor's degree in music education as well as a US Air Force Veteran. Since February she's been working for Children and Youth and her next goal is to become a caseworker. While Barbie remains positive, treatments are costly and necessary through April of 2018. My organization, the PINK OUT is throwing a fundraiser for the Barnes family July 29th at the Hughesville Fire Hall to raise funds.
