A BALI FEEL GOOD STORY
This is PANDE the son of Pak Dek Lung who, along with his wife are heroes to abandoned street dogs in Sanur , Bali area. He and his family donate time and money to help these animals.
BECAUSE OF PRIVATE DONATIONS FROM FRIENDS AND FAMILY WE HAVE NEARLY REACHED OUR TARGET..BUT WE ALSO NEED TO FURNISH ..SO IF YOU CAN DONATE $10 OR $20 OR MORE , WE WOULD LOVE TO ACCEPT IT..
OUR AIM IS TO CREATE A RESCUE AND BOARDING FACILITY TO HELP NUTURE & REHOME ABANDONED STREET DOGS AND TO PROVIDE AN INCOME TO SUPPORT THIS VIA BOARDING OF DOGS.
We have our plans for this facility drawn up and
the approx cost WAS $4,500AU, BUT, after some wnderful donations from friends and family we have been able to reduce the amount we need to raise here to $1500, which will be used to finish the project and furnish it. We need more to complete this worthwhile project.
In the Plans there are provisions for :
Standard and double size kennels to house sml, med & big dogs or even mum and pups.
A play area with activities for the dogs.
An office area which will include storage and preparation of food for the "guests"
An area for bathing
This GOFUNDME is to provide a building fund to establish the kennels and the extra facilities.
We need to get this facility started ASAP, as the rescue dogs do not stop coming and they all need some attention, not to mention feeding. They are safe and all very happy at Dek Lung's home. He and his family are so kind to these dogs and you can feel it when you are there.
THERE ARE MANY WONDERFUL PEOPLE IN BALI HELPING ANIMALS. WE ARE A SMALL PART OF IT BUT JUST AS IMPORTANT.
