Paula's Cancer expense fund
Paula Turner-Wiley is a Mom of 3. 2 daughters (Randa Nauman and family and Kendra Harmon and family) and a son (Cody) who passed away in 2007. She is raising a 12 year old granddaughter on a single income.
On April 6, 2016, she was told that she had a tumor. On April 15, 2016, she was diagnosed with Stage 2 cancer. Life has been a rollercoaster ride since then with tests and appointments.
On MAY 02, 2016 the diagnosis changed due to the Pet Scan. It is Stage IIIC Endometrial Cancer. The origin is unknown but we do know that it is in the lymph nodes next to the spine.
The bills are adding up quickly and, yes, she has insurance. She drives approximately 150 miles daily to work and for Dr. appts and tests. She is very independent and has always paid her own bills but it is already becoming a struggle. She will undergo at least 5 weeks of Radiation 5 days per week.
All donations will go 100% toward medical expenses so that she can afford to drive to work and to the daily appointments while still paying her regular bills.
She wishes to continue to work and will as long as she is able. She does not receive any public benefits and your help will make all the difference in the world by allowing her to continue being as independent as possible.
When she is required to be off work, after surgery, she has sick time and vacation time that she will be able to use.
The family thanks you all in advance for your help. Large or small, every donation is important.
