Funding Alternative Media Campaign

Youtube has made a major change to their longstanding advertising policy and this has resulted in an enormous setback for independent journalism. Their policy change deprives independent journalists of advertising revenue if we report on such topics as war and political conflicts. This imposes a serious financial hardship for those trying to earn revenue from reporting. 

YouTube will no longer allow me to earn a living when I report on some of the most critical stories of our time, that's why I'm forced to create this GoFundMe page and ask for your help. The Representative Press channel needs your donation because YouTube has changed the policy which I relied on for revenue to support critical and vital journalism and to advocate for media reform. YouTube has removed the ads from over a hundred videos on the Representative Press channel!

I started this petition to ask them to stop imposing such a financial hardship on independent media but their policy still hasn't been changed back so Representative Press channel is still being financially crippled simply because I report news on topics such as war and political conflicts, hence the need to ask for funds now.
