Our collaborative book, Roland G. Henin: 50 Years of Mentoring Great American Chefs (Skyhorse, October 2017) contains 50 stories from chefs and colleagues mentored by Master Chef Henin, with Foreword by Chef THOMAS KELLER and Afterword by Master Chef RAIMUND HOFMEISTER.

Founded in 1987, the BOCUSE D'OR is one of the world's most prestigious and demanding cooking competitions. Every two years, 60 countries select one of their best chefs to represent their nation. On January 25, 2017, Team USA made history by winning Gold--the first time in its 30-year history! This accomplishment was led by ment'or's President, Thomas Keller, who just happens to be Roland Henin's first mentee.
