POC - Alma Mater, St. Monica's SHS

Our organization, SMOSA USA is embarking on building more efficient restroom facilities in the Administration block for the students of our Alma Mater - St. Monica's SHS.  This will be used by the girls during class sessions, instead of having to go far behind the dormitories.  The plan is to have this building in the Administrative area, which is close to the classrooms, so that the girls can remain more focused during classes time.

This project will provide twelve stalls and four sinks with water tanks or boreholes to supply water.  Water supply in Mampong Ashanti, where the school is located, is not always readily available and therefore, our project has to accommodate for that.  The boreholes are $2,500 each and we plan to have at least 2 on site to start off.

This project will cost at least $25,000 to $30,000 and will cover putting up the building, the stalls, sinks, and amenities, electrical, roofing, tiling, painting and the water supply equipments needed to make it functional. 

Our goal is to get this project underway immediately and we have raised part of the funds.  However, as we make progress with this fundraising, we need your help to continue our journey to completion.   We greatly appreciate any amount you can donate towards this cause.  SMOSA USA is a registered 501(c)(3) organization and your donations are tax deductable.
