STEAM Box Otaku vs Japan
Donation protected
The next evolution of our STEAM Box Animated Design program will take place in Tokyo, Japan. This July, a STEAM Box student from each generation (elementary, middle and high school) will travel to Japan to develop skills catered to their passions. We'd like to raise enough funds to bring each of them on the once-in-a-lifetime educational journey of their dreams.
Julie is looking forward to the Suginami Animation Studio where we will continue developing her skills towards Japanese Animation. Julie has been working toward this since she became a leader of STEAM Box. She's also excited to learn in a different culture before beginning college in the fall.
Amara will continue developing her editing and photography skills as we capture photos of the Whale Shark in the Osaka Aquarium. She'salso the most excited to pursue her passion for Japanese Animation
Amahri and Kaizen are geeking out about the whole trip, particularly the Pokemon Center, but they're also continuing their canvas art development as the whole group makes a portrait of Mt Fuji. They're also excited about visitng Studio Ghibli.
Do not hesitate to contact STEAM Box with any questions you might have. Please consider contributing to the learning opportunity of their dreams as these students look forward to bringing back blended culture, technology and design for the future of RI.
