Qalandia
Refugee Camp is located to the north of the city of Jerusalem and
includes families from the Diaspora of 48 Palestinian villages and five
towns occupied by the Israeli Army in 1948. In total it has a population
of around 15,000 inhabitants. The Children's Centre for Culture and
Development was founded in 2003 to address children related issues and
defend the rights of children in the Qalandia Refugee Camp, as well as
develop their skills in a way that benefits the Palestinian society.
The Children's Centre for Culture and Development needs help to fund its summer camp for 150 children between the ages of 6 and 16 from the 15th to the 30th of June 2013.
The funds raised from this campaign will cover the following needs:
1. T-shirts and hats for the participants (150 items of each, totaling NIS 2,250).
2. Food and beverages (1 meal and beverage per child, per day, NIS 15,000)
3. Stationary and logistics (NIS 5,000)
4. 3 Field Trips outside of the Qalandia Refugee Camp (NIS 15,000)
5. Stipend for the 10 supervisors (NIS 3,000)

يقع مخيم قلنديا إلى الشمال من مدينة القدس ويبعد عنها ١٢ كم. يضم المخيم شتات العائلات من ٤٨ قرية فلسطينية وخمس مدن احتُلت من قبل الجيش الاسرائيلي عام ١٩٤٨ ويزيد عدد سكانه عن ١٥٠٠٠ نسمة. تم تأسيس مركز الطفل للثقافة والتنمية عام ٢٠٠٣ بهدف الدفاع عن حقوق الأطفال في المخيم وتبني قضاياهم ومعالجة همومهم باتجاه تطويرهم في كافة الميادين من أجل خدمة المجتمع وبناء اللبنات الاساسية له على أسس علمية وتربوية صحيحة.
يبحث مركز الطفل للثقافة والتنمية على مساعدة في تجنيد الأموال لاقامة مخيم صيفي يضم ١٥٠ طفلا في الفترة ما بين ١٥ و٣٠ حزيران ٢٠١٣، للأعمار ما بين ٦ و ١٦ عاما.
سيتمّ تقسيم المبالغ على النحو التالي:
١. لباس المخيم الصيفي بلوزة وطاقية ٢٢٥٠ شيكل
٢. وجبة طعام وشراب لكل طفل يوميا ١٥٠٠٠ شيكل
٣. قرطاسية ٥٠٠٠ شيكل
٤. ثلاث رحلات خارج المخيم ١٥٠٠٠ شيكل
٥. مكافأة لعشر مشرفين ٣٠٠٠ شيكل
