Help Jake Fight Cancer

Jake has been diagnosed with an aggressive form of lung cancer. Without treatment, Jake’s chance of survival is 1-2 painful months.

Fortunately, his medical team says there is hope for recovery with a 6 month chemotherapy treatment. Jake’s mom and dad are willing to do anything to spare their baby boy that kind of pain, and to give him a fighting chance for a full, happy life! But cancer treatments are expensive. Please help show love and support to Jake and his family with any donation, from $1 and up. And help in Jake’s battle against the cancer that is trying to end his life 7 years too soon.

Jake was a happy, playful, pond-diving pup. Deeply loved by his Mom & Dad and all his neighborhood friends.

On May 18: Jake started shaking and experiencing enough symptoms to urge an emergency vet visit.

On June 1:  (After a lot of testing) Jake was diagnosed with an aggressive form of lung cancer

On June 13:  Jake went in for scheduled surgery to see if the cancerous tumor in his lungs could be removed, the news was not good :( The cancer had spread too much to go forward with the surgery and Jakey’s parents were left with little hope.

On June 21:  Jake’s family finds out that he is a great candidate for chemotherapy, with a chance of full recovery! (or at the very least, a way to ease the suffering that the lung cancer is causing him)
