Save Milon's Eyesight-please read

This is Milon.  

Mrj Milon. He lives in Bangladesh, India. 

And he needs your help. He is a very good friend of mine, and has been for many years now. I know him very well. I know of his family, his work, where he works, who he works with, who his boss is, who his friends are, etc. (Just so you know this isn't some foreign scam thing.) We have been friends for many years, and I know his parents too. 

When Milon was growing up he was a happy child, like most of us. But his eyes started to develop a problem. They had him tested and they found his corneas were damaged. But in his Country, and his area, and his situation, there was nothing that could be done to correct this. He continued in school as long as he could. He learned to read, which he loved to do. And still does, but he has to hold what he is reading within inches from his face to read it. He can only read small sentences at a time, and books....are out. The writing all blends together making it impossible to read. He was only able to complete his schooling through the Class Level of 5.

Most people in his Country that are in conditions like this become what we in our countries would call "Panhandlers". But Milon has Responsibilities. He is the Youngest Son in the Family, and therefore must take care of his Parents. His younger Sister is also in School, and he needs to put her through her schooling. He does his very best, and has been working at a local Serv and Savea (department type store) as the Tea Maker for the past 12 years. As you can only imagine, his pay is beyond small, as this is a position they created for him. He makes Tea all day, and as the boss needs, he takes care of things around the boss' home. In 12 years he has not had a single pay raise.

Milon loves his Family, his Parents, Sister, he has two older Brothers who have families they are caring for.

He works from 8 in the morning till 11:30 at night 7 days a week. And it is a flat salary position. They don't eat meat, fish or chicken, as his salary doesn't allow for that luxury.  A single package of meat costs 3 days of his Salary!!

His hobbies on his break includes watching movie clips on his mobile, cricket football, WWE Wrestling, and he likes John Cena. But he works so much he doesn't have much time to watch them.

His eyes, as you can see, are getting worse. He is having to hold things now inches from his face to read. When he leaves for work, it is light out, this time of year, but when he goes home it is dark, so he can't drive his scooter very fast, as there are no street lights to be able to see. His eye sight is going. And we need to raise the money before it is gone in order to get him into the facility to get it corrected.

This is where we desperately need your help. Please, ANYTHING you can give would be so greatly appreciated. We need to be able to pay for the airfare to get him over to the USA (California to the Eye Specialist Clinic), the cost of the procedures, the hotel room for his stay while all this takes place, his meals while he is there during the check up and recovery process. And the taxi costs to take him between the hotel and the clinic. There are a lot of costs involved to get this taken care of.  And we appreciate any help you can give.

This is my current pic.  I am married, have one Son, and my husband has 2 Sons.  I am also a Grandmother of 3.  I am a very caring and compassionate person. I love my Family and my Friends.  If you are one of them, you know this to be very true.  Milon as I have said, has been a friend for quite a few years, and if he loses his eyesight he won't be able to take care of his parents, they will become desitute, and his Sister will have to drop out of School. I don't want to see this happen if it can be helped.  These are very super nice people. I wish you could meet them and know them like I do!! 

Please, if there is one Gofundme that you place your money on this month, I ask, I beg if I must, make it this one. His time is running short.

And if any of you are familiar with the Boxer-Wachler Eye Institute Clinic in California, this is where we are seeking to take him. My Son was going blind with Keratoconus about 10 years ago, and the Clinics here said there was no hope. And in doing research, we found only 2 clinics in the World that at that time did a series of procedures/surgeries that could save a Keratoconus patient in his condition. So we got him to Dr Boxer-Wachler, who preformed these miraculous procedures, and restored my Sons eyes. He will not go Blind. My Son was saved, and has had no issues since.
