Tragedy hit the Spanglish food truck team after lunch on Wednesday, April 25, 2018.
After serving delicious lunch to hungry employees in the Imperial Center near RTP in Durham, a vicious flame engulfed the cheerfully decorated truck, lovingly called "Minga."
Spanglish, established in 2016, was created by 4 Triangle-area natives aiming to bring authentic Puerto Rican cuisine to the community. The food is awesome, the service is impeccable, and now they need our help!
