Hello Everyone,
My name is Sierra Nowak and my dream is to compete for the title of Miss Universe.
The first step towards this dream is winning my state title. This will allow me to go on to compete at the televised Miss USA competition. Now of course.. BIG dreams come with big costs, such as the Miss CA USA state entry fee. The fee alone to enter the competition is $1750, and this does not include the costs I will incur for the gown, swimsuit, wardrobing, makeup, hair, etc. for the competition.
