Paradise #Campfire My dad lost all

Home Lost

I am sick with grief at the loss of my hometown Paradise.  My dad and step mom have lived in Paradise for as long as I can remember.  My grandparents for even longer over on Deerpark Ln.  All my childhood memories my brother and I shared are rooted in Paradise and we will never again be able to visit and reminisce about them with all our childhood friends from Pinegrove community.   

I'm so heartbroken over the lives lost 29 and counting, the missing still not located 228 and counting, the horror so many endured, the many homes lost of several of my friends and their loved ones along with my dads home.  

I am beyond grateful my dad and his wife Luz  got out alive and without the horror so many endured.  Although with nothing more then the clothes on their backs.  My dad was separated from his wife, and is alone in a shelter in Chico and my step mom is safe further away with family.  My dad is the most amazing human I know.  He lives happily with so little.  And what little he had was taken by the #campfire.  He works so hard, and would never ask for help or a handout.  

But any little bit would help, as you can imagine starting over is an overwhelming, daunting task.  Any monetary donations would be greatly appreciated either through this site or directly to him or I (if family or friends), to help relocate and create a home.  We would also be grateful for any gift cards,  household items, and etc.  The list to start over is one I cant even begin to imagine.  My dad and his wife, require very little.. So all is appreciated.  Friends and family, I would be glad to collect any unwanted household items, as they will need everything from bedding , to kitchenware...
