Help the Calm Zone

I have many male friends in my life who I love and care for deeply. Some of them have been in abusive relationships and have needed help that they haven't gotten in order to deal with the aftereffects of the abuse they suffered. Some of them have had mental health issues that they have not recieved the proper help for, in order to deal with their emotions. And some have been treated unfairly and have had nowhere to turn to.

I have been trying so deeply to help these people in my life, but the thing is, there aren't many places that can give external help for them, and there's only so much that a 20 year old girl can do; however, the Calm Zone is a webtsite that I have found which does amazing work. They go out of their way to help men, young and old, who are dealing with mental health issues or even anger issues and help them cope with how they are feeling. I have seen the positivity that this website can bring and I want to help them out. 

With the help of you all, I can help them to raise some money for them and keep their organisation going, so that our brothers, boyfriends, friends, fathers, uncles etc, can get the help that they need and have such difficulty getting. 100% of the proceeds earned here will go straight to the organisation.
