UWC Barbados Care Packages
The UWC Barbados National Committee , chaired by Sir Trevor Carmichael, invites applications
from all secondary schools in Barbados and selects candidates based on promise, potential and merit.
The United World Colleges Scholarship Trust seeks to raise funds to provide assistance to candidates
when needed and ensure that finances are not a barrier to prevent a candidate from taking their
UWC place.
While scholarships may cover full tuition many times students and their families struggle to cover airfare, visa, pocket money and purchase items for them to be able to make it to the schools.
The Trust now seeks to engage alumni, family and friends to give back to the organization so that we can help suppor these extra costs for our promising students.
All money raised will go directly to for the purchase of these items for individuals who seek assistance.
ITEM LIST OF MOST NEEDED ITEMS (USD)
