A Canadian Skydiving Record in the Making
Inspired by Canada’s 150th Birthday
First off I want to thank you for taking the time to read this letter, My name is Rachel Vandenkroonenberg I am writing this today as a hopeful Canadian Record holder. On September,4th 2017 I will be attempting to break a Canadian Skydiving record. By making the most skydives in a 24 hour period by a single jumper. This record attempt will be hosted by the Parachute School of Toronto located in Baldwin Ontario. Of course any members of the public or donors will be encouraged to come by and enjoy the day with us.
With many things to plan such as food, entertainment, prize giveaway’s and the jumps I am reaching out to you in attempt to gain your support. Any monetary amount would be greatly appreciated my goal is to raise $6,000. The money raised will be used to pay for things like the airplane, fuel and support staff needed to assist the day of the record. Any money that is raised above what is needed for the record will be donated to a local charity (yet to be determined).
I could not think of a better way to celebrate than to break a Canadian record.
