A mom's last wish

My name is Nicki. In 2014 my life was perfect, I was married to my soul mate Lee, and Mother to my two beautiful daughters Leeia and Kaylee, they are the loves of my life. I was also working at a job I loved and my life was blessed.
That same year, we were all shocked and devastated when I was diagnosed with Stage 3B cervical cancer, I was 29 years old. I had numerous cycles of chemotherapy, radiation therapy, and finally, in an effort to rid myself of this cancer forever, I had pelvic exenteration surgery, I was determined to be there as my girls grew up. After the surgery I was in remission, hopeful for the future and able to enjoy my life once again. Even though I could not return to work as there were many hospitalizations for complications, life was good.
In December 2017 my family and I were shocked and devastated by the news that my cancer has returned and it has metastasized to my lungs. There is no cure. Palliative care is now being arranged for me. My girls are now 5 and 7 years old. I have been told that I have less than a year to live and I want to make it the greatest - I want to make memories with my husband and children.
I love to travel - there are some special places I would like to visit with my daughters and my husband - but with being off work all of this time, and so many uncovered medical expenses I cannot afford it. So I am here and asking for your help.
My wish is to travel to San Francisco (one of my favorite cities in the world - it's where my father lives and he is unable to travel to us). I want to take the girls on a week Disney cruise so they can just be children, fairy princesses without a care in the world. If possible, I would like to return to my birthplace, the Philippines and see all the family I have there.
My other wish is to seek treatments through a Naturopath Physician, but this is beyond what I can afford now. I hope this treatment would provide me the physical strength to live each day to the fullest.
With any remaining funds I wish to ease the financial burden for my family - set up an education fund for my girls and help with the funeral expenses when I pass away.
I wake up each day and give thanks to God for my family and friends and the support I receive and I am living each day like it is my last. Time is running out, and I would like to travel while I still feel well enough. I want to make these memories for my husband and my girls.
I am so very grateful that you took the time to read this and I thank you from the bottom of my heart for your generosity.
With heartfelt gratitude,
Nicki
