A pacemaker for Brigitte

My sister Brigitte lives in Thailand. A few days ago, she collapsed and was transported to the hospital in Kho Samui. They gave her a temporary pacemaker. She has to be transported to Bangkok for surgery. However, her insurance won't cover the cost of surgery. She is too weak for a repatriation to France. She needs this surgery that costs $10,000.
