Sahan's Packs for Homeless People

My name is Sahan and I am six years old. In my neighborhood is a homeless shelter. The homeless shelter is awesome because I like to help the homeless. I wanted to volunteer but they told me I couldn't because I had to be 8. So instead I am going to make something just for them. I call them Sahan's packs. They are things homeless people need. What's in them?

INSIDE

Adult Day Passes  on Tri-Met – $5 each [note from Mom: we originally wanted monthly passes but the shelter told us they are in need of many day passes instead]

Towels and Washcloth – $10

Socks and underwear – $16 for a pack of each 

Non-perishable snacks and beverages – $20

Hygiene items (toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, soap, deoderant) - $11.50


I am trying to raise enough money for 10 people to have my packs.
