Tyler Carlson Support

Donation protected
Tyler Carlson is a freshman at Northwestern High School in West Salem, Ohio. He lives, eats, breathes, sleeps football. I'm pretty sure his first word was probably 'football' as a baby. Tyler dedicated his summer to getting physically stronger and mentally prepared in hopes of making the Varsity Football Team this fall. And he did just that! Unfortunately, Ty suffered a concussion playing in a Varsity game September 25th. Not only did Ty get a concussion but a blood vessel also tore just enough to allow a small amount of blood to pool and create a clot that then went to his brain causing a stroke. The part of the brain affected controls your natural ability to swallow and causes dizziness and other symptoms similar to Vertigo.

Tyler is a very strong young man - both physically and mentally with a heart the size of Texas. When you meet him for the first time, he stands and shakes your hand. If you need help with something, he's the first one to jump in and lend a hand. He's just a good kid. And the boy has a smile that can light up a room!

Ty's injuries are going to take some time to heal. He could use all the prayer and support that we can offer to him and to his family. If you would like to help support Tyler and his family financially, please feel free to do so here. Thank you so much for your support of this very special young man and his family.
