Studio by the Sea

Hurricane Michael hit Panama City Beach and surrounding areas on October 10, one week ago today. It was a very devastating storm. Wendy and her family were able to evacuate safely and have since returned to their home that will need some repairs; but rather than thinking of herself, she has chosen to have this fund (that was set up without her knowledge in the beginning) go towards rebuilding Studio by the Sea. I asked her sister, Emily, to fill us in on what Studio by the Sea is and this was her response: "Studio by the Sea is more than a dance and fitness studio. It is community, love and positivity wrapped in dance and fitness. Kids learn from talented, passionate instructors. Lives are literally changed through fitness. These people have become a family where everyone encourages each other and genuinely care. This beloved place suffered severe damage during hurricane Michael. The storm tore through the roof of the building, floors are warped, and water damage is extreme".
