Abused rescue cane corso"mama"

Mama is a loving sweet cane corso about 2 years old and was used as a breeding money maker, since her first heat and we believe every time from then on. She was found in a "bad neigborhood"riped away from her last litter not even weiened,(she was still full of milk) . Malnourished and with a serious condition of cherry eye and tied to a pole left for the worse. Her condition is so severe the full glan on both eyes are fully exposed this causing her not able to go to a lot local veterinarian having to go to and opthamologist surgeon at University of Penn. I took her to 2 local vets. already both telling me the same thing. I had no idea of the severity of her cherry eye when I rescued her but she is in desperate need to have this taken care of immediately if left untreated her condition will cause get severe damage and possibly lose her sight. "Mama" is loved by the whole neighborhood and is so full of love, i found her for a reason and wont give up on her. Please help her, this is far beyond my ability financially. Thank you one and all . I know im not the only one there who is crazy in love with the ones who need us.
