Follow Arria’s Legacy page on fb for all recent updates on Arria’s fight with her Clove’s disease.. she has a Chronic Illness that causes her right leg to grow at an alarming rate that has led to right foot amputation and right leg amputation .. and she is looking at more surgery to remove the bulk tissue again because it continues to grow... she also has benign tumor tissue that at this point her benign tumor tissue has filled all of the void space between organs and is pushing against organs which threatens their functioning.. we travel to Boston to see her Oncologist and Medical team monthly to every 3 months and we will now return next week to have more exams and testing to determine her options for treatment.. Unfortunately, during this time the cost of traveling is going to be extremely expensive and our family could use any help possible to make this happen for our little Arria. I just want to say thank you for all of the continued love , prayers, and support that you all give! Updated: Arria is now continuing care at CHOAs Aflac Cancer center with the oncologist/ vascular anomaly / and orthopedic team. She is taking a compassionate use chemo drug which means frequent monitoring and blood work. We will be preparing for surgery again to remove more of the overgrown tumor tissue on her femur whenever they see the tissue is stable.. otherwise it will cause it to grow faster jeopardizing her organ function.
